We have a fully equipped in-house laboratory to perform blood chemistries, urinalysis, and limited blood gas/ionized calcium and coagulation profiles if the urgent or emergent need should arise. For less urgent matters, we work with IDEXX Laboratories for all of our reference laboratory needs. We also have a mini VIDAS for in-house, same-day progesterone results. Finally, we have a digital cytology unit! This machine uses AI reviewed by a board-certified veterinary pathologist to give us results for worrisome masses in a day instead of a week.
