This place is wonderful. When I was looking around for a veterinarian that I could trust with my fur son, I was recommended by numerous people that I need to go to Bristol Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Player is hands down the best veterinarian I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She took excellent care of my sick dog and gave me different options based on my financial circumstances. The office is very clean and the nurses and office team were exceptional at accommodating my dog and I. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. If you need a vet that goes above and beyond, go to Bristol.

Awesome! A beautiful, fully equipped facility with friendly, caring staff. And I can't say enough good things about Dr Rowlett! Dr Rowlett has been my pets' doctor for years, and when she left her previous practice to open Bristol I tried other vets with disappointing results. So I decided that the half hour drive to Bristol is well worth it so that they can receive the best possible care. Many vets are smart and caring, and she is those things and so much more! Especially when it comes to communication - she is always available to answer questions, and she provides test results in a very timely manner, which I have sadly found not all vets do, and that is SO important when you have an ill pet. I also very much appreciate that she very much takes my input into consideration. I'm so happy my kitties can continue to see Dr Rowlett, and I'm very impressed by Bristol Veterinary. I highly recommend it!

I appreciated the effort to be able to see my cat on the same day that I called for the appointment. The staff was very nice and it was obvious that they love animals. I know the office is new but it was very clean and beautifully decorated. I will be back with Annie for any new needs.

I can’t say enough about this practice and Dr. Player and Dr Rowlett. We have been struggling to find a repro vet that actually follows us through our girls pregnancy and is a resource when we have issues. Tonight, our girl had some trouble whelping and Dr. Player was kind enough to come to our house to help us. By the time she arrived, things had started progressing but she stayed and made sure everything continued as it should. She spent time explaining things to us, and sharing a lot of great information as well as just being a kind compassionate person when we were very stressed out. I am looking forward to working with them as we move forward in our breeding program. Working with vets who are also breeders is a completely different experience than what we are used to and such a welcome change!

We are over the moon about BVC! My fur baby is 15 and has many ailments and is terrified of vets. I’m happy to say, by the end of the appointment, he was being cradled like a baby! I will be recommending Bristol Vet Clinic to my friends and family!

Dr. Player was very patient and kind and willing to answer any questions we had. She thoroughly reviewed our options we had with our dog and her knees. We did not feel rushed or pressured and she explained issues in a way we can understand. Will be continuing our care for our dog with her and our other dogs as well. Other vets we have had can make you feel like you are a number. Not here they treat you as part of their family.

Dr. Rowlett is one of the best vets and humans out there! The care and compassion that she shows for all animals is amazing. We have been lucky enough to be clients of Dr. Rowlett with all of our dogs, since the early 2000’s. She has been there with our family from puppyhood to the toughest days. Unfortunately, we had one of the toughest days yesterday. Making the difficult decision for our 8.5 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. Dr. Rowlett and her staff were there for every step of the way, explaining the steps, and showing the most love and care for our buddy boy Baxter. We cannot recommend Dr. Rowlett and the staff at Bristol Veterinary Clinic enough! Thank you for always being there! ❤️🐾

We recently moved to the area and were looking for a vet for our 3 animals. What a happy surprise to discover Bristol Veterinary Clinic! Dr. Rowlett and her staff were thorough and loving with my very skittish dog. She listened well to my concerns then took plenty of time to explain and discuss options with me. And bonus...getting an appointment was a breeze!

I couldn't be more impressed! The vets are very knowledgeable and passionate about their work, and the entire team is compassionate and kind. I love that they took the time to share their knowledge AND they have a write on wipe off board int eh room so they can illustrate concepts which is critical for those of us who are visual learners. A+++ 10/10 stars!
