Mackenzie has been an animal lover her whole life. She began her career in veterinary medicine in 2013 as a Kennel/Boarding staff member at River Heights Veterinary Hospital. She then went on to work at a number of clinics ultimately finding her place at Bristol Vet. She obtained her veterinary nursing license after passing her Veterinary Technician National Exam and graduating from Joliet Junior College. When she’s not practicing her nursing skills, she’s loving on her two boys. JD (Springer Spaniel) and Kain (Newfoundland). An avid lover of all things big and fluffy, she has a passion for giant breeds…but Newfies have her heart. Aside from her technician duties, Mackenzie also manages BVC’s social media and our website!
